SRI 2025 Livestream

Reimagining Contemplative Education: Shaping a  Collective Future

Monday, June 2 – Thursday, June 5, 2025

Join the Summer Research Institute online to be part of Reimagining Contemplative Education: Shaping a Collective Future

Join us virtually for the Mind & Life Summer Research Institute!

While the in-person SRI is a competitive, application-based program held at the beautiful Garrison Institute, we’re excited to offer a live, synchronous broadcast of key sessions. In contrast to the in-person experience, the SRI 2025 Livestream does not require an application and is available to anyone who registers. Enjoy front-row access to plenary talks, panel discussions, and morning meditations — all from the comfort of your own space.

This year’s theme, Reimagining Contemplative Education: Shaping a Collective Future, brings together leading researchers, contemplative practitioners, educators, and policymakers to explore how contemplation can transform education for the 21st century. Through the livestream, you’ll gain valuable insights into the role of mindfulness, self-awareness, and compassion in educational systems.

  • Engaging Plenaries & Panels — Hear from world-renowned experts in contemplative education and educational reform.
  • Morning Meditations — Start your day with guided contemplative practice led by experienced teachers.
  • Real-Time Insights — Be part of the moment with live, uninterrupted access to SRI’s most impactful sessions.
  • Daily Check-Ins: A 30-minute Zoom gathering where livestream attendees can connect with each other and share reflections on the day’s sessions —Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

Whether you’re an educator, researcher, student, policymaker, or simply curious about the intersection of contemplation and education, the SRI Livestream offers an accessible way to be part of this inspiring conversation. Unlike the in-person program, no application is required — just register and tune in!

Don’t miss this opportunity to expand your perspective and be part of the global dialogue on contemplative education.
