Our conversation on December 16 from 2:00-3:30pm ET featured our guests discussing the relevance of ancient wisdom practices today and the profound inner-knowing that lies within the body. We explored:
- How transdisciplinary approaches inform mind-body and integrative medicine research and clinical care; and
- Embodied practices (e.g., Tai Chi, Qigong, somatic-oriented meditation, yoga) for accessing the wisdom of the body
